The Seller acts solely as the author and content creator of such products and is not responsible for manufacturing, shipping, delivery, or returns.
4. Purchase Process
a) Purchases via Stripe (Digital Products)

Payments for digital products are processed via Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider.

The Seller acts as the seller of record for digital products.

The Seller does not have access to Users’ payment card details.

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment and contact information.
b) Purchases via Amazon KDP (Physical Products)

Purchases of physical books are processed entirely by Amazon.

The Seller is not a party to the sales contract between the User and Amazon.

All matters related to payment, shipping, delivery, refunds, and customer service are governed exclusively by Amazon’s terms and policies.
5. Delivery
a) Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically, either via:

email communication, or
-
access granted through Stripe-related delivery mechanisms.
The User is responsible for ensuring that the provided email address is correct.
b) Physical Products
Delivery of physical products purchased via Amazon is handled exclusively by Amazon.
6. Refunds and Returns
a) Digital Products (Stripe)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Refunds may be granted only if:

the digital product was not delivered, or
-
a technical issue prevents access to the purchased product
and only after verification by the Seller.
b) Physical Products (Amazon KDP)
Refunds, returns, exchanges, and delivery issues related to physical products purchased via Amazon are governed exclusively by Amazon’s refund and return policies.
7. User Obligations
Users agree to:
