1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website mahpeyker.store (the “Website”).

The Website is operated by Joanna Budzanowska, a natural person residing in the European Union (Republic of Poland), conducting unregistered business activity in accordance with applicable law (the “Seller”).

By accessing the Website or purchasing any products referenced on the Website, the user (“User”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of the Website

The Website serves informational, promotional, and sales-related purposes.
Products presented on the Website are sold either directly by the Seller or via external third-party platforms.

3. Products

The Website offers the following categories of products:

a) Digital Products

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • ebooks

  • audiobooks

  • other downloadable or digital content

Digital products are sold directly by the Seller via the Stripe payment system.

b) Physical Products

Physical products include printed books offered via external platforms, in particular Amazon KDP.

Physical products are:

  • printed,

  • sold,

  • delivered,

  • and serviced

exclusively by Amazon.
The Seller acts solely as the author and content creator of such products and is not responsible for manufacturing, shipping, delivery, or returns.

4. Purchase Process

a) Purchases via Stripe (Digital Products)

  • Payments for digital products are processed via Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider.

  • The Seller acts as the seller of record for digital products.

  • The Seller does not have access to Users’ payment card details.

  • Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment and contact information.

b) Purchases via Amazon KDP (Physical Products)

  • Purchases of physical books are processed entirely by Amazon.

  • The Seller is not a party to the sales contract between the User and Amazon.

  • All matters related to payment, shipping, delivery, refunds, and customer service are governed exclusively by Amazon’s terms and policies.

5. Delivery

a) Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically, either via:

  • download links, or

  • email communication, or

  • access granted through Stripe-related delivery mechanisms.

The User is responsible for ensuring that the provided email address is correct.

b) Physical Products

Delivery of physical products purchased via Amazon is handled exclusively by Amazon.

6. Refunds and Returns

a) Digital Products (Stripe)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Refunds may be granted only if:

  • the digital product was not delivered, or

  • a technical issue prevents access to the purchased product

and only after verification by the Seller.

b) Physical Products (Amazon KDP)

Refunds, returns, exchanges, and delivery issues related to physical products purchased via Amazon are governed exclusively by Amazon’s refund and return policies.

7. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • use the Website in a lawful manner,

  • provide accurate and truthful information,

  • not attempt to copy, resell, distribute, or misuse digital products,

  • respect the intellectual property rights of the Seller.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Website, including but not limited to:

  • texts,

  • images,

  • branding,

  • digital products,

is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Seller.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Seller is not liable for interruptions or errors caused by third-party platforms such as Stripe or Amazon.

  • The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or purchased products.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

10. External Platforms

Use of third-party platforms, including Stripe and Amazon, is subject to their respective terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

The Seller has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Poland.

12. Changes to the Terms

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the Website.
Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
